At the time I am writing this review, this smartphone has not been launched in India yet. But at this time in the previous year the 1st version of this phone launched in India, so we are hoping for this version too bee launched in India.

1. OVERVIEW

The box contains the smartphone itself, some documentations, a soft touch case of good quality, SIM card tool, a 100-watt GaN charging brick, and a USB typeA - typeC cable. Thats it.

2. DESIGN/BUILD QUALITY

The back side of the phone comes in Vegan leather which feels very sophisticated and premium in hand. The 4 edges of the back side have some raised edges with rivets depicting an enclosed frame which will protect the leather finish of the back as well as the edges are a bit sharp.

 It comes with a boxy metal frame, brown in colour. It weighs around 195.6 grams. So overall great in hand feel.  

3. PORTS AND BUTTONS

Talking about ports and buttons, it has got speaker grills, USB typeC charging port and SIM card slot at the bottom. Speakers and Noise cancelling microphones are present at the top. Power botton and volume up/down button is present on right and left side respectively. As usual like most of the other premium smartphones, 3.5mm headphone jack is absent here and there is dual nano sim card slot.  

4. DISPLAY

This phone comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. I must say the bezels of this phone is extremely thin on all three sides and the bottom bezel is near to invisible. As a result, it makes out probably with highest screen to body ratio of 94.2 percent. This really looks like a modern phone as nearly the entire phone is covered by the display.

5. SPECIFICATION

This comes with the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8+GEN 1 which is a 4nm based chipset.

This phone also comes with the latest LPDDR 5X RAM which is almost 35% faster that the LPDDR5 RAM type. It has got UFS 3.1 storage and comes in two variant, 8/128GB and 12/256GB. So absolutely top of the line in terms of performance and power efficiency.

6. CAMERA

It has got a true 50MP triple camera sensor with no 2MP nonsense. Yes, it is equipped with a 50MP(f/1.8) primary sensor which supports OIS, a 50MP Ultra-wide sensor having 150-degree FOV, and a 3MP microscopic lens.

 It has got a 16MP(f/2.5) selfie sensor. Nothing much to talk about the camera samples. Only thing I can say is outstanding.

Talking about videography it supports 4k 60FPS shoot from the rear primary lens having features like microscopic videos, fisheye videos at 150 degree, HDR videos, professional log videos. The microscopic sensor can analyze your skin and shows its water content, tenure etc. Truely amazing.

7. PERFPRMANCE

You get 2 vapor cooling chambers in this phone, so the thermals are absolutely under control even after prolonged gaming and the vegan leather back also acts as an insulator. It achieves over 1 million in terms of AnTuTu score.

 So, all the gaming titles present for smartphones can be played at maximum settings and gives buttery smooth experience. In addition, you also get invisible shoulder buttons on the metal frame which can used for forefinger gaming. These shoulder buttons can also be used as a multipurpose button for taking screenshots etc.

 It gets an additional chipset known as the X7 which enhances the graphics of this device thus increasing the FPS during gaming.

8. OS/UI

You get Realme UI 3 which is based on android 12 and comes has the August security patch update.

9. BATTERY

This phone comes with a big 5000mAH battery coupled with 100-watt fast charging. This phone will easily give you a screen time of 1-1.5 days.

10. MULTIMEDIA

Absolutely beautiful screen for watching videos and other content consumption in an immersive edge to edge display. The dual stereo speaker is also decent. They are loud and clear.

11. CONNECTIVITY/SENSORS

Talking about connectivity I am not sure that how many 5G bands will be present but say calm this will also be top-notch like other features. Along that it has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and Wi-Fi calling.

Talking about sensors, it has got all of them along with face unlock and in-display fingerprint both of which works buttery smooth.

12. PRICE/COLOURS AVAILABLE

PRICE- Unknown (expected to launch in India with a price of Rs 40,000 - 50,000)

13. CONCLUSION

Look, this phone is equipped with most of the industry leading hardware's. If this launches in the above-mentioned price bracket, then it will a great deal in the premium flagship range. Truly a great device. Only a few negatives are there like absence of wireless charging and IP rating which could have been provided. However, hoping this to launch in India soon.
